How to access help via your account?
Within your Signagelive network, you can access help at any time from the Help icons that sit at the bottom right of your screen.
These options will appear as follows:

Brings up a Help for this Page pop-up, which will offer you the most suited help articles from our Help Center based on the page you are currently viewing within your network. |

Navigates you to the Downloads area of our Help Center where you will be able to find the recommended links for our PC Clients, Codec Pack, and other useful tools. |

Navigates you to our Platform Status page so you can see how our services are performing and whether there are any issues. |

Allows you to bring up a Help feature that will firstly allow you to search for assistance on our Help Center by entering search terms. You can also access our Live Chat feature via this option after you’ve done a search. |
Searching for Help
As discussed you can access a Help feature that will allow you to enter search terms which will then return results directly from our Help Center. You can also connect to our Support Team via Live Chat within this feature if you’ve carried out an unsuccessful search for your issue:
If our Live Chat feature is set as Offline, all Signagelive customers can still use the system to leave a message for our Support Team and this will be automatically generated as a ticket and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
